One side is the household or business that needs help. The other is the worker offering their service. Here's the whole flow, end to end.

If you need help

Search by pincode
Enter your pincode, pick the role you need (maid, driver, cook, etc.), and browse verified workers nearby. No signup needed to browse.

Tap Contact
Verify your own phone with a 4-digit OTP — that's the only thing we ask. We use this to keep workers safe from spam callers.

Call or WhatsApp
Once verified, the worker's full name and phone reveal. Free for the first 3 months — no agency fees, no middlemen.

If you need work

Phone + OTP
Enter your 10-digit number, get a 4-digit code via SMS, type it in. About 30 seconds.

Aadhaar photo
Take a photo of your Aadhaar card. We extract only your name, age, and city — never the 12-digit number. The card image is deleted within seconds.

Pick your work
Tap one or more types of work you do. Your profile goes live immediately. Employers nearby can find you. We never charge you anything.

What we DO check

✓ The worker's phone number is real (OTP-verified at signup).
✓ The worker uploaded a real Aadhaar card (OCR extracts name + city and we mark them "Aadhaar verified").
✓ Reports get acted on. After 3 reports a profile is hidden from search until our team reviews it.

✗ We don't run criminal background checks. For full-time or live-in roles, please file a free police verification at your local station — bring the worker's Aadhaar copy and recent photo. Most stations turn it around in 7–14 days.
✗ We are not the employer. The worker works for you, not for sewakarmi. Salary, hours, leave, and termination are between you and them.
✗ We don't arbitrate disputes. We do let you report a profile that lied or scammed.
